UNDER THE SUN


Meditation written on day #4 of practicing social distance, during the Covid-19 outbreak.


This meditation can be done sitting down or lying down.

'Fear' can be replaced with another emotion.

If you don't have access to the Sun at this moment, start the meditation imagining what it feels like to sit under the Sun and keep that feeling throughout.
